is I-75 still closed at Detroit? Alternatives?

Last year I know they closed I-75 near downtown Detroit for construction. Has it opened back up in either direction yet? I'll be traveling from Indy to a place north of Utica. Unfortunately I would...

I live in the area and would take the following route

From Indy, I-69 to I-94
I-94 to I-75


I drove part of I-75 through the city and the north bound lanes were open. No matter which way you go, you are going to hit construction. Stay away during rush hour (6AM-9AM, 3PM-7PM)
