The ISB is made in Guadalajara, and we got it in one day. If the high spikes in electricity is too much for the default setting, (in Roca) you can drive to Gaud to have it tuned in. Or, they'll send out a tech to Roca if there are a few people that need it; not just one. They advise against doing it yourself since it takes specialty equipment. Ours has worked great so far on the default setting.
