From Jackson Hole you can see Grand Tetons in 1 day and night on your way to Yellowstone. 3 days in Yellowstone should give you a good tour. If you stay at Fishing Bridge (only one with hookups in YNP) It is centrally located and a great base camp to keep from a lot of backtracking. Then see Mammoth on your way out heading to Glacier.
PS Add an additional day for a "must see" of driving toad over to Red Lodge, Montana over Beartooth highway back through Cody and back to East Entrance to YNP to Fishing Bridge....( a long day, but worth it).
