Jacksonville, Fl. Traffic ?
Will be traveling north from Miami, Fl. on I-95. Should I go rite thru Jacksonville on I-95 or go around the East side on Rt.115/113/9A ? :h

When we go south or north on 95, unless it is close to rush hour I always go straight through on I95. Never been on the other road you mentioned. Maybe it's better??? Gary
