Jacksonville,Florida
Looking for info about driving to Florida. There appears to be three ways to get through Jacksonville. Should I follow I95 or I295 east or I295 west?

I live in Jacksonville and I would and do take 295 east. It adds about 10 minutes to your drive but those 10 minutes are relaxed. You will go over the Dames Point Bridge and might see one of the cruise ships and also look out to the left at the top of the bridge and see downtown in the distance. I forgot it's about 10 minutes to my house probably longer all the way around town but I would say worth every minute. I95 thru town has to many lanes going different ways. I295 going east has a grass medium between oncoming traffic.
