Briansue: I wonder if all insurance companies in Mexico fallow this same procedure? If so it would not matter where you bought the insurance.
I would think the Lewis & Lewis people would be outraged by this and applying all the pressure they can in places they have access to that the rest of us would not. If they are not standing by their clients why should anyone continue to be their clients? It is in their best interest to get to work on this matter with every effort they can muster. As stated above - whoever wrote that denial of claim should be fired immediately if not sooner. These people were robbed - they did not give the vehicle away.
