The point wasn't Lewis & Lewis, the point is having a surplus line broker do the job they are paid to do. When the cops cannot make an easy determination of who is at fault in a serious accident, OR there are injuries requiring medical treatment IS THE ISSUE. I'll bet the cops laughed their butt off when they heard the taxiista's argument. May none of you ever have to use any of these tips and comments. It is unpleasant.
