UPDATE:
Documents for Qualitas arrived at the San Ysidro, Ca Post office on Tuesday and was signed for and picked up for shortly after noon today, Thursday, Apr 17th. . Just in time for Semana Santa.
And to add a little humour to the story, today's post at home included one from Lewis and Lewis: a renewal notice for the Jeep's Mexican insurance. :S
