Didn't ask, didn't even stop at the checkpoint. The runaround we got as to who we had to see was rediculous. We wasted an entire week trying. When the last person we talked to, banjercito in Puerto Vallarta, told us we had to go to Guadalajara we gave up. IF we go that route (cancelling) we'll do it through Mexico City. Qualitas hasn't mentioned it again so we're just waiting to see.
