RyV: Note that ICBC gave us our Mexico refund from date of entry up to date of theft, then tried to refund the balance of premiums from date of policy cancellation, being a couple of days after we returned to BC! Broker went to bat and they agreed that cancellation should be date of theft since we reported that to the broker. We have received one cheque from ICBC but didn't specify what it was for! We'll see the broker again tomorrow. She has been an angel! As of Wednesday we'll be off line for 4 or 5 days.
