They gave us a truck cancellation refund as of date of theft, but were a little sticky on the "Mexico" time, as far as refund of coverage from our Mexico entry to date of theft, since our entry slip was in the truck and they wanted any kind of proof we had. Finally came up with our credit card statement with the Banjercito charges on it, plus the full series of debit card withdrawals over the winter. We just arrived home today, so will be checking with the agent in the next few days re: the trailer, since we have neither of the slips for it. Oh ! Plus there are private insurances involved for both units - should be interesting. You'd think after 9 years of this that they would just take your word ? RYV
