RyV: I was going to send you a PM but others may find themselves in the same situation so I'll mention it here: Our insurance company (Qualitas) were able to get a copy of the TIP for the Jeep. I have no idea how or from whom. I've asked them to email a copy so we'll see what happens. I don't know what you could do about the decal but perhaps with a copy of the original permit something could be done. At least it would give you something to do over the next several months!
