I had a female Aduana agent in Mexico City call me a "liar" to my face. I sent a registered letter to Mexico Aduana and threatened to commit a formal DENUNCIA against the agent. When someone in official capacity has the audacity to call an innocent tourist a "liar" tell them you are going to institute a DENUNCIA against them. It damned near causes a heart attack.
Aduana agents, too many of them are @#$%^&!
This is why I ranted against losing a vehicle to theft many months ago. When an Aduana agent says "NO!" they don't mean maybe. You get turned around. Surliness and arrogance on their part only makes it worse.
