Planning a trip to Alaska. My truck has a small tank and big motor about 200 mile range towing. I thought of getting. Couple of jerry cans 5 gallon and mounting them in the bed for truck and generator...

Between Fort Nelson and Whitehorse you missed the Lodge at Liard HotSprings, Watson Lake, and Jake's Corner. I don't know if Johnson's Crossing will have fuel, or not, this year.
Between Whitehorse and Beaver Creek there is also fuel at Haines Junction, Destruction Bay, and Burwash Landing. Border City isn't reliable for fuel, but Northway has fuel.
Having said that, it isn't uncommon for a station to run out of fuel and it can be a 2-3 day wait for delivery. I saw this sign while we were filling with diesel :B
