Keyed in Sonoyta

Friends travelling Northbound from Rocky Point yesterday report the rear of their motorhome was keyed by the beggars at a stop sign in Sonoyta. I hadn't heard of that happening before and wonder if anyone else has?

Second Sonoyta question: Is Avenue 16 de Septiembre open now? It was closed for paving.

    I don't travel in Mexico but, I could see that becoming a common activity with beggars.
    It would almost guarantee getting something from the 'target'.
