- amandasgrammaExplorerMy DH and I took our 36 ft MH on 66 going east. I was on the side that looked down......nope, not my idea of a road to travel again, in a big rig. LOL LOL Some people LIKE living with their panties in a wad, but not me!!!!!
- cpaulsenExplorer II66 is a good road.......little narrow in spots. Have a friend that drives his log truck over it at least twice a day.
- jandjbaumsExplorerHwy 66 is a little narrower on the west side towards Ashland. Length restrictions for big rigs is 40ft. Its doable but hwy 140 is the way to go if towing.
- pauljExplorer IIOR140 is easier. It's not like you couldn't take 66 (I'm sure logging trucks handle it just fine), but it's twistier, with a segment in the west that follows a ridge line.
