- sue_tExplorerWe just came off the North Klondike. Generally in good condition, but some of those long & new construction zones are wicked-muddy due to rain in the area. If the spots dry up it isn't so bad BUT today it was WET. Also go slow through the active construction zones; the graders are creating rows that are high and hard to cross and they don't care who is coming & going by them as they grade. We got pinched off by a roadside barrier and the grader, which made for some fun.
- beeman1ExplorerI would,my in opinion say it was better than the roads in New Hampshire...:B
- explorenorthExplorerThe South Klondike (Whitehorse to Skagway) is excellent - 16 km of resurfacing is all finished. North Klondike (Whitehorse to Dawson) had a lot of resurfacing going on in half a dozen places when we drove it a few days ago, and some frost heaving and pavement breaks. There are some photos on my blog.
