Up I 5 to Wa.512 (Lacey, WA.) to Wa. 167 to 405 through Bellevue (ick). Because you asked 'fastest' I won't even suggest I-5 to 101 (Olympia) up Hood canal to Pt. Townsend. When you get off the ferry you are on Hwy. 20. stay on it all the way to Marblemount.
