FYI, you might ask your PT if it is better to limp or to walk with a normal gait even if that means using a cane. When I was injured, I developed some problems later that were a result of limping, and were pretty serious.
Yes...thank you. Limping is a no no. When I get tired, I tend to do that. When I am walking, I really do have to do it consciously..ensuring I use the injured side fully...heel, foot, toe.
The PT people see me everyday and I am not being spanked. Thanks for your thought.
