They seem to be a good one, I have personally witnessed one accident where they were involved. Only complaint I would have had was that the adjuster did not speak English, but that was not an issue in this case.

If you are just wanting liability you may want to consider joining Vagabundos del Mar Rv Club and you can probably get that cheaper. With collision you have to watch what the cap is on US labor rates. With liability you need to get at least 500K.
