- I've been there as a visitor several times and have talked to volunteers there, but have not volunteered myself. The place is nice, the people are nice and Astoria is a fun town full of history & good eats.
- We haven't but I would think it would be a terrific experience. The town itself and the whole area is awesome to explore. Would you be doing interpretation duties?
- Should be a good experience. The fort itself is kind of shaded as I remember. Astoria is close by, plenty of shopping with Costco and Fred Meyers
