OK, I understand the 40oz per person of booze into Canada. But how do they look at open bottles in the total??!! Stupid question, but looking for some real world info. Do the "inspectors" measure...

They have been asking that question about mods or repairs to Vehicles and RV for years. We even get that question when we pop down across the line to to day shopping. It all depends what the fruit of the day is and who the guy is that's picking the fruit as my Ada used to say.
Be honest , declare everything, and answer only the questions that they ask, don't give out free info. Some of the People guarding the 49th on both sides, don't play nice some times and get cranky when you say something they didn't ask about.
