Sounds like a great trip - a few more places to drive through - Going to North Rim - Drive throughs [emoticon] We've spent the Night in the Wal*Mart in Paris - Stopped to Photo Window rock in the City of Window Rock [emoticon] - Always enjoy Canyon de Chelly - never Miss - Monument Valley, Goosenecks and Mexican Hat - on the way to Page then catching Horseshoe of the Colorado, possibly Antelope Canyon - then Lee's Ferry before Boondocking at North Rim - Always catching the Breakfast Buffet to watch the Sunrise in the Grand Canyon. We have always had fond memories in this area.

Leaving N. Fla in late May.
Oh we've been to the North Rim several times but there are more 4WD roads that I want to explore there. The one place that we've never been to is Canyon de Chelly. Mainly because I hate to be forced to pay for tours like that (yes I know there is an unpaid route there) but I was thinking that maybe we'll stop there this time. We've been to everything else on your list except Antelope Canyon.
After North Rim we're heading north into Utah to Kolob in Zion and then to a number of 4WD roads in Central Utah like 9 mile canyon. Then maybe to Tetons. When we did a quick stop there last year I realized that there is more to explore there than is first obvious tho we've been there 4 or 5 times. I have to put a quick stop in Provo for my wife, she wants to visit a family friend there.
Then we are going to run all the way up Idaho on that road along the west side to Bonner's Ferry. The panhandle is new country to me. Tho I lived in Arco ID for 9 months.
Then all the way east on US 2 to Minnesota and down thru Minnesota and Wisconsin along the lakes. Hopefully Black Fly season will be over by then. It will be late July-early August by then.
If you are Searching for the BEST 4x4 roads - Look to Silverton and Lake City in Colorado - 4X4 Heaven, Colorado San Juan's and the Collegiates.
