We have been to Algodones as well as Palomas and other dentists in other parts of Mexico for the past 10 years. No complaints. Great work at great prices. They take the time to do it right instead of rush rush rush to get the next sucker in the chair as we have seen in so many dentist offices in the US. The cleanest offices and the latest tools and technology. In Algodones we went to Sani for no particular reason and had a good experience. We don't know about others. You can almost always speak with people on the phone in English to check them out and look for online reviews. There are over 100 dentist in Algodones and they have been in business for a long time - people stream across the border everyday to go there. There must be a reason - and it can't all be bad. Make some phone calls to the specific dentist you have questions about - check out a few.
