The roads from San Carlos to Santa Ana to Lukeville were what I would call very decent ( compared to Navajoa to San Carlos) Everything at Pitiquito (handing in car permits) is the same as last year.....

After talking to many officials at many locations, when our friend turned in his vehicle permits at Caborca, we asked about turning in our FMM's. They said what every other official has said. Don't bother. They expire.
