Lukeville Crossing and Paper work

I have been through both crossings but it has been a couple of years and Lukeville only once a long time ago. I do not wish to get on-line paper work just in case. but i will be in Yuma and you are saying I may go over the border get my tourist visa, go back into the USA, drive to Nogales, the construction at border crossing is finished and ample room for a 43 mh (truck crossing) to get by and get my TIP at K21?

If so then we will probably do that as we do head for San Carlos that day.
