Stay in the right lane; the grate in the left lane makes handling squirrely. Of course, if you're going 25 mph you'd better not be in the left lane anyway! ;) It will be a piece of cake at that speed.
Very strong crosswinds would be the biggest hazard, and if it's that bad they are likely to close the bridge for a while.
When I was a young man, the accelerator cable stuck on my Mazda GLC as I was coming down the north side toward St. Ignace. The car was picking up speed on the downhill run, with the toll booth coming up quickly. Talk about unnerving! I turned the ignition off for about 5 seconds, then back on... that did the trick.
