Maryland to Canada Niagara Falls Jellystone

Hi. We are planning a trip to Canada and will be staying at the Jellystone near Niagara Falls. I am towing a 43 foot fiver and wanted to know if anyone can recommend the best route up from Southern Maryland. I have looked on google maps etc, but wanted to check to make sure there isn't any crazy roads we might encounter or ones to avoid. Thank you.

  • I'd probably recommend coming thru Buffalo/Fort Erie, as opposed to Queenston/Lewiston (worst US/Canada border crossing) or the Falls bridge.
If you come through Buffalo, when you get past CBSA, don't immediately try to travel north on the Niagara Blvd Parkway which is a nice drive, as there's an old railway bridge that's somewhere near a 10' vertical clearance. It's almost directly north of the Peace Bridge on Niagara Blvd. Avoid.
If you're heading to the Jellystone park near the Falls, stay on the QEW north towards St. Catharines/Hamilton/Toronto, and you can't miss it.
