Either , or.... They have both. It is going to cost a small fortune to travel I 90 all the way across plus you will have toll booths on the west side of Buffalo and the East side too that you have to stop at. I always take I 90 to Schenectady ,NY I 88 to Binghamton, NY then pick up I 86 across the southern tier of NY into western PA. Not half as much traffic and no Syracuse, Rochester or Buffalo traffic to deal with. If you travel that part of the country and like toll roads get your self an ...Easy Pass !!
