San Blas, Nayarit. A swamp. Elevation about 15 feet above sea level.

There is a miles-long seawall through the zona dorado the hotel district in Mazatlan. But the marina could be in for a real trashing.
The coast road through mantenchen is totally exposed.
Downtown old Mazatlan has a lot of multistory buildings. Bur resorts like El Cid in the zona dorado have a lot of glass.
Hwy 15 does not pass through southern Mazatlan very far from the ferry terminal. maybe 2-miles.
Esquinapa a town of about 5,000 lies halfway between Mazatlan and San Blas. I have in the past had to negotiate my way through mud flows in Quicksilver which has 21" of ground clearance.
The disaster is going to hit tomorrow. There are innumerable small bridges on the non toll road sections of Mex 15.
