What does everyone do for medical insurance while traveling through Canada? Thanks. dreamer.

As long as you don't need an ambulance while travelling in northern B.C. or Yukon - where ambulances are usually medical flights. Very costly. If they need to medevac you to Vancouver from Whitehorse, it really adds up.
