Mexican Diesel Fuel - Sulfur Levels Update

The Metrobus system uses Volvo on the articulated units, I do not know the make on the double articulated or the smaller ones, it is hard to pay attention while driving, they are introducing double decker units from England, all use the ULSD that comes from Texas, and my understanding is that the Federal District, State of Mexico and some of the outlying gas stations have USLD diesel so that the other mass transit units entering Mexico City meet some standards of pollution control, whether they actually sell pure USLD or not who knows, my RV has a v-10 so a gas guzzler.
