1994 Safari Continental diesel pusher

My friend is looking for the 120V AC body wiring diagrams for this motorhome.  Can anyone help him find it??  Thank you.

  • I don't think you'll find it because it likely doesn't exist. The way RVs are put together, two of the exact same model can come off the line in the same day and be wired completely different with no documentation at all. Modern RVs have gone to standard wiring harnesses, but in '94 it was more hobbled. What specifically is your friend wanting to know?

Here's a 10 year old conversation about something similar on IRV2:

???  Wonder why the snarky response.  My friend lives in his RV, is in a remote area, does not have internet, can't get cell reception is sitting there with no electricity on half of his RV and needs help.  What's your problem with that??  Guess it's never occurred to you to try to help a friend.

Thank you, Way2roll.  My friend says he wanted to know the path from the circuit breaker to GFIC outlet to downstream protected items.  He does not want to punch holes in ceiling/walls arbitrarily looking for the junction of those wires. I appreciate your answering.

Wiring won't be in the ceiling. I don't want to assume, so has your friend checked the panel for tripped breakers? Has he checked that a GFCI isn't tripped somewhere? I've seen more than once, an outlet can be hidden in a bin etc. And, to what Gritdog was referring to, is there a dead leg on the supply? Is he plugged into a pedestal at a CG, or is he using genset etc? So, more info needed. Is it half the coach that does not have power or just the GFCI circuit?

I don't know what specifically.  I'll have to ask him.  Thank you for your kind reply.
