Mexican Diesel Fuel - Sulfur Levels Update

I may have made a mistake but....well lets see. I just purchased a 2017 F-250 with the 6.7 diesel motor. I travel quite often to Mexico since I have a home and boat there. I live in Tucson Arizona so cross the border in Nogales to Hermosillo (State of Sonora) then West to Kino Bay. Does anyone know if there are gas stations along this route and in Hermosillo that sell "ultra low sulfur diesel" ?
From what I have read it will be available at the end of 2018 and is available at some locations now, but where?
