Nogales (I think) is a cargo POE. Take time in Nogales AZ. Go to a big rig trans shipping transfer yard. Proceed into the office. The staff will not steer you wrong. All Mexican commercial 18 wheel vehicles entering into the USA by federal law have nothing but ULSD in their tank.
You can try Google and telephone an office in AZ. If there is any hesitation in their answer, shine it on. I have heard totally unsubstantiated gossip that the gasolinera in Sta Ana, on the southwest corner of the entronque of Mex 15 and Mex 2, has UBA. But any answer you get from a transhipper office trumps this guesswork.
This brings up a question. Mexico is strict at some crossings about hauling in USA fuel in cans. What are comments about permanently bed mounted tanks connected to the vehicle fuel system?
I have avoided mention of using regular Mexican refined diesel for a reason. That reason is because it is not part of the OPs question.
