Mexican Diesel Fuel - Sulfur Levels Update

mexwanderer; The law may state they need ULSD but where do they get that fuel? In Mexico( I doubt that). Maybe in the USA?? Who checks the fuel? I suppose the few trucks that go beyond the border area may buy USA fuel but there are not many trucks that go that far. The last I read maybe 1000 crossings a year. Most of those were CEMEX trucks.
