I've never had an issue with a Mexican insurance company. The adjuster has shown up on time, done his job, and the repair order placed. And this includes not just our cars but our rv as well. Granted they were all in a big city and not out in the middle of nowhere.
I guess I don't see what the issue is here with Mexican insurance other than they are not accustomed to insuring rvs and lack of experience plays a role in this.
I don't think we are "stuck" with anything. Different country, different rules. This is the way it works when you travel in Mexico.
