Mexico, Maybe we shouldn't go !

wow...some mean people here. If you are scared... you are scared. Don't go. I just think "some" people worry about it as I did and it is not so dangerous as anywhere else.

I know many say its safe to travel in Mexico but if your ever kidnapped by the cartels or anyone down there or beaten than robbed than you will wish you have never gone, for me I will keep my travels north of the Mexico border.

Besides I travel with a gun and in Mexico that is automatic jail time expect for the hundreds of thousands of drug cartels, they get a free pass..

Why promote your site which I find poorly written with a teaser headline which sucked me in much to my dismay.
You are worried on your blog that " Maybe we will be bribed by the policia"
Makes no sense why would the police bribe you?
Why not just state I have posted to my blog and give a URL instead of making someone go there to find your blog.

Never drove to Mexico. We used to go to TJ all the time. We'd walk across, catch a taxi and spend the day. They have a huge parking lot on San Diego side. Whenever we purchased large items part of the bargining was transportation back to our vehicle with the items. All we met were really nice people in TJ. Probably safer in TJ than in Detroit, MI.
