Drove it last August with our dually and 39' fiver for the 3rd time. No problems. There is an old steel bridge with somewhat low overhead super structure but you will be OK. As far as most OTR trucks they take US 2 to Bonners Ferry and then down US thru Sandpoint. Nice thing about RT 200 is it brings you out just south of the cluster of Sandpoint. One of those towns that want you to wind thru to make sure you don't miss the trinket shops.
