My truckers atlas shows Rt 200 highlighted to the Montana/Idaho border and from about Hope on to Sandpoint. But there is a segment from the border to Hope that is not highlighted as a truck route. ...

The truss bridge at Clark Fork is still there but the road )#200) now crosses the creek on a new "truss-less" bridge so the older atlases are no longer valid! The new bridge opened sometime between 2010-2011.
To the OP - if you need a great stopover place along that strecth of 200 in Idaho try Sam Owen cg (USFS) about 8 miles west of Clark Fork. Also - in Clark Fork don't miss the Amish Bakery for all kinds if goodies!!
