Napa Valley to PHX via Yosemite Park

Hi Carla, Yosemite National Park is gorgeous any time of year, but the waterfalls are probably not flowing much if any.
The easiest route out of the Bay Area would be 680 South to 580 East to Tracy. Follow the signs for Yosemite until you get to Highway 99 then go South. At Merced take Highway 140 into the valley.
Tioga Pass may or may not be open (it is right now) its mountainous and beautiful, but long, high (almost 10,000 ft) and may not work for your rig.
If you choose Tioga Pass, take Highway 120 out of the park and then Highway 395 South to Highway 58.
If you choose not to take Tioga Pass, head back out to 99 taking either Highway 140 or 41. Go South to Bakersfield, then take Highway 58 East to Barstow. From there its either down to I-10 or head East on I-40 then South somewhere else. I'll let others recommend that route.
Good luck, hope the weather is nice for your trip. Do you have reservations? Certainly might be needed. We've only stayed in the valley before, and I'm pretty sure you won't be able to fit or get reservations there at this point.
