Napa Valley Expo RV Park - AVOID

It was dark and we called for directions - NO ANSWER. We found the narrow driveay - NO ONE IN THE GUARD POST. We drove further in toward the only permanennt building we could see. We were "greeted" by a surly man smoking a cigarette while driving a golf cart "Can I help you?" he asked. I cracked the window and asked if he was smoking, when he answered "Yes", I said "Fine, I'll wait until you're done." His response was to hide the cigarette behind his back and say "I'm done. What do you want?" We learned that we needed to check-in FIRST then proceed to the space HE assigned (what a power-trip, the place was half empty!) and surly-man told me to stay inside the vehicle. He complained to my husband that he had a right to smoke where he was. My husband responded that we did NOT want smoke inside our brand new rig. After that, every time we saw him he was driving the cart, or picking through everyone's trash for recycleables, and smoking - leaving a trail of fumes and ashes throughout the park. We didn't complain while we were in the park for fear of his retaliation (there's a million ways to harm a rig and make it look accidental). When we got home I called the management and asked for our money back. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
