The surly man asked if he could help you as you entered the park and drove past the normal check- in kiosk....... and you responded by commenting on his smoking. Any other first impression tidbits you have in your little bag of greetings that helps ensure getting off to an unfriendly encounter with a helpful staff person at an RV park?
Bad mouthing the RV park by saying to AVOID it because a man smoking a cigarette was trying to help you get into your reserved spot? And later was also seen smoking. Incredible! Amazing what we sometimes expect.
