Not in a class a but drive it all the time,you shouldn't have any problems.

I've never driven that route myself, but I just went out to Bing Maps and punched in directions and then zoomed in all the way on Highway 105 and followed the route. If you do the same, you'll see there are many 18 wheeler semi trucks on that road. If the 18 wheelers can do you, you probably can do it too without much difficulty.
