Need th stop at Km21 Nogales?

OP. at Km 21 beyond the border, you are not really in the "headache of Mexico" in Nogales. If it were Mexico City, you might be, but you're not. But there are problems even at this stop, so stay alert, know what's required for you and your conveyance. Apparently you don't need the hologram stuck to your window, although some are suggesting how to get around a broken windshield (I've replaced two windshields and simply carefully removed it to a piec of plastic while the new one was installed, then reapplied it, its still almost perfect. And no one has ever looked at it. It runs out of years this year and I still use the motor home but don't think I'll be returning.
