Hello all,
I have a 2007 Thor Mandalay 40H. Saturday I was putting some things in the coach for an upcoming trip. The power step worked as it should, no issues. Went back to the coach on Monday, opened the door, and the step failed to come out.
Has anyone experienced this problem and what could be the possible issue and solution?
We have a trip planned Labor day weekend so All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Ditty is right on the money. We used to have Doug who helped many people fix issues like this. Unfortunately 99% of all the regular posters jumped ship two years ago when we went to this new format. If the above link doesn't help resolve your issues you'll have to do a search for all posts by Doug until you find the one you need.
Let me know what you find out and I'll do the same
Crazy, I have a 2006 Mandalay and 2 weeks ago, mine did the same thing. Hoping i have time to investigate next week.
