Need th stop at Km21 Nogales?

We were in San Diego a week ago and visited friends in Tijuana, on the way out we decided to get the paper work for the vehicles and my visa, rude awakening, the visa starts the minute you pay, the 180 day's start right then, we are crossing in to Mexico the ninth of next month at Anzalduas, that would have cut my stay by one month.

I tried to do the paperwork on line, no go, reach a point where the site does not let me go forward, after obtaining the number for the visa, so I will do all the papers at he border as I have done in the past.
