Not if he got the 10 year on the tuck & camper together. Its a gray area, sometimes they will count the whole rig as an RV, sometimes as a truck carrying cargo. Do it online and its easy to get a 10 year on the combo. I did it once, but its not a good idea to remove the camper & drive around if you do.
