I want to say I -and I’m sure many others as well- appreciate all the hard times the health care workers are enduring. There’s a lot of others suffering from economic hardship or illness too.

That said, wear sackcloth and ashes if you want to. Not everyone is buying into the hysteria and they’re entitled to speak as well. Someday, something will kill me. But between now and then I’m not going to live in fear.

I suspected it was a beer play from the title. I find it just fine. Thanks.

Florida started statewide stay-at-home today. Among the list of essential businesses are liquor stores.

Like the liquor stores in PA are shuttered as non-essential. Argh!

Why is Corona stopping production? Slow sales, lack of workers or raw materials?

I agree, a little humor is a good thing during these times. But, the OP is also pointing out the fact that people are losing their jobs.
This will affect people on both sides of the border.

My Daughter is an emergency room nurse - I worry about her health a lot... That said, I'm sure health care folks are engaging in gallows humor right along with the rest of us.
During my lifetime I've tried to lighten most topics up with humor - or my attempt at humor - never with the intent of diminishing the seriousness or hurting others.
I think it's a human response that attacks frightening issues in an attempt to make the issue less ominous.

What does a brewery discontinuing production have to do with anyone respectfully working on the front lines? Disconnect?
