Being a rookie Coming North into San Fran I followed the signs to stay on 101 north. Dropped us right in town but the signs were easy to follow. The extra traffic allowed us to go slow and be able to see everything on the way. There was no toll heading north across the Golden Gate. A bit stressful heading into it but turned out to be a non event....Not too sure about a Fifth but the big truck drivers seem to manage....Whichever way you go have a great trip...Mike
